Meetings are subject to a 50% deposit which must be paid within 7 days of securing the booking. In the unfortunate event that the Client has to cancel the confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, “the Company” will make every reasonable effort to re-sell the facilities on the Client’s behalf. However, in the event that this is unsuccessful, “the Company” cancellation policy is to levy the following cancellation charges which are payable within seven days of the date of the cancelled booking.
